Perbandingan Erection Hardness Score Sebelum Dan Sesudah Reseksi End To End Anastomosis Uretra Pada Pasien Striktur Uretra Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
Urethral stricture narrows the urethra caused by scar tissue to block the lower
urinary tract functionally. One of the managements that can be done on urethral
stricture is end-to-end anastomosis urethral resection. One of the complications
from this treatment is postoperative erectile dysfunction which can be assessed
using the Erection Hardness Score (EHS). Erection Hardness Score is an
examination to assess the level of erection hardness. This study aims to compare
the Erection Hardness Score of patients before and after end-to-end anastomosis
urethral in urethral stricture patients at the Arifin Achmad Regional General
Hospital, Riau Province. This research is a retrospective descriptive study. This
study’s data were obtained by assessing the Erection Hardness Score patients
before and after end-to-end anastomosis urethral resection in urethral stricture
patients at Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province. The results of this study
involving ten patients showed that the majority of patients before end-to-end
anastomosis urethral resection did not have erectile problems. After treatment of
end-to-end resection, urethral anastomosis did not experience erectile problems as
much (90%). However, 10% of patients experience erectile problems assessed by
the Erection Hardness Score (EHS).
