Identifikasi Faktor Risiko Penyakit Ginjal Kronis Pada Lanjut Usia Di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a disorder in the kidneys characterized by
abnormalities in the structure or function of the kidneys that lasts more than 3
months. Based on the result of The Global Burden of Disease 2015 there were 1.2
million people who die from kidney failure. Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas)
2018 data showed the highest prevalence of CKD were in people aged 65-74
years which is 0.8%. This study aims to find out the risk factors of CKD in the
elderly in Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Social Home Pekanbaru. The results
of the study were obtained from 42 respondents, 19 of which had history of
hypertension, 11 with a history of diabetes mellitus, 16 with a history of smoking,
8 with a history of Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAIDS) use, and no
one has a history of kidney disease, 7 people were overweight and 7 people were
obese, in systolic blood pressure there were 12 people who have hypertension
grade I and 3 people have hypertension grade II, in diastolic blood pressure 5
people have hypertension grade I and 4 people have hypertension grade II, and
there are 3 people who have hyperglycemia
