Gambaran Nefrostomi Perkutan Pada Pasien Uropati Obstruktif Karena Karsinoma Sel Skuamosa Serviks Uteri Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2020
Cervical cancer is the most common cancer in women in developing countries.
Advanced cervical cancer (IIIB, IVA, IVB) causes invasive obstructive uropathy
and compression of the tumor on the ureter wall. Urinary tract obstruction must be
resolved immediately to avoid further damage to this patient. Percutaneous
nephrostomy is a safe and effective method of relieving the obstruction. This study
aimed to look at the percutaneous nephrostomy in obstructive uropathy patients
due to uterine cervical squamous cell carcinoma at Arifin Achmad General
Hospital Pekanbaru period 2015-2020. The research design used was a
retrospective descriptive approach obtained from secondary data by searching for
medical records. The study sample was taken based on the total sampling method,
which took all patients during the study period. As many as 15 study subjects,
patients with advanced cervical cancer with impaired kidney function, mainly stage
IIIB and aged > 35 years, with urea and creatinine levels mainly decreased after
nephrostomy. The most commonly used radiological examination is ultrasound.
Most of the patients have a decreased Karnofksy Score, but less patients had better
Karnosky Score
