Gambaran Status Fungsi Ginjal Berdasarkan Rasio Albuminkreatinin Urin Pada Lanjut Usia Di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has 275,9 millions cases in 2017 worldwide
and high global prevalence, this disease has a poor prognosis and expensive
treatment costs. Basic Health Research in 2018 reported that age is one of the
factors which affects the incidence of CKD, CKD also has the largest incidence rate
in the age group of 65-74 years. Therefore, early detection is required in the elderly
to prevent further damage to the kidneys. This research is a descriptive study which
conducted to identify the albumin-creatinine ratio in elder age in Tresna Werdha
Khusnul Khotimah Social Center, Pekanbaru. The results obtained that among 41
respondents, 32 respondents (78.05%) have a normal-mild ACR value, 7
respondents (17.07%) have moderate ACR, and 2 people 4.88% have severe
degree.
