Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Promosi Dan Citra Perusahaan Terhadap Minat Konsumen (Studi Pada Hotel Grand Suka Pekanbaru)
This research was conducted at the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru, located on
Jl. Soekarno Hatta Kav. 148 Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to
determine the effect of promotion and corporate image on consumer interest (a case
study at Hotel Grand Suka Pekanbaru) partially and simultaneously. In this research,
the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with the SPSS program. The
population in this study were all consumers who purchased rooms at the Grand Suka
Hotel Pekanbaru in the last year, namely 2019, as many as 100 people. Hotel Grand
Suka Pekanbaru as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the
census method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews,
types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, and measurement
techniques using a Likert scale.
From data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear
regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance
test with t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate
that the results of the hypothesis testing of the first t test, the implementation of
promotion on consumer interest, namely t count (3.775)> t table (1.6605) means that
promotion has a significant effect on consumer interest. Second, company image on
consumer interest, namely t count (4.403)> t table (1.6605) means that company
image has a significant effect on consumer interest. The results of the f-test promotion
and company image have a significant effect on consumer interest, namely f count
(12.009)> F_ table (3.09). This means that the implementation of promotion and
corporate image simultaneously has a significant effect on consumer interest at the
Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru.
