Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan P3b Sumatera Pada Pt Pln (Persero) Upt Pekanbaru

This research conducted on P3B Sumatera at PT PLN (Persero) UPT
Pekanbaru. As for the porpuse of this study was to determine the effect of work
motivation and work discipline to work morale employees of P3B Sumatera at PT
PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru. Work motivation and work discipline as the
independent of variable (X1,X2) while work morale employees as the dependent
variable (Y).
The problem in this research is the decrease in employee morale. That was
seen from company absenteeism data. The sample of this study was taken as many
as 66 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. Data
was getting from the questionnaire and then processed to be tested with statistics
through the SPSS program.
The results of test carried out show that work motivation and work
discipline have a positive and significant effect on work morale employees of P3B
Sumatera at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru.
