ABSTRACT
Automation of Motor Sein lights Using a Limit Switch, this tool is made to make it
easier for motorcyclists to automatically turn off the turn signal, which sometimes
forgets to turn off after turning. More and more data on accidents due to human
negligence in driving, due to drowsiness, neglect, melamine or even forgetting to turn
off the motorbike turn signal when turning, as many of us have encountered on the
road, among mothers who drive are still considered trivial to turn signal lights, even
though they are very dangerous for other motorists. This tool is made to minimize
accidents due to forgetting to turn off the motorbike turn signal after turning. The
main components of this tool are limit switches, time relays, turn signal lights,
batteries as a power source and other additional tools such as cables and others.
This tool operates when the limit switch is touched by a motor handlebar which
rotates around 40-45 degrees and touches the limit switch, then the turn signal will
turn off within 10 seconds which is controlled by the relay timer. The result of this
tool is that motorcycle users no longer need to worry if they forget to turn off the turn
signal when they have turned and made a turn or are aware of other riders on a
straight and turning trip. If the turning angle does not correspond to a rotation of 25-
45 degrees and the limit switch is not touched by the motor handlebar, then this tool
does not work and can still be turned off manually. This tool is more specifically
made to reduce accidents and cases of mothers on the streets who are often

encountered forgetting to turn off the motorbike turn signal, with this tool is expected
to increase safety and comfort in motorbike driving.
