Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Pt.Golden Great Borneo Kabupaten Lahat Sumatera Selatan

This study aims to determine how big the influence of compensation and
employee loyalty work environment of PT. Golden Great Borneo, Lahat
Regency, South Sumatra province. The samples taken in this study were 80
respondents from office employees using the Random Sampling technique.
The method used in this research is a survey through google forms. The
data in this study were obtained using simple regression analysis and
multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that
compensation has a significant effect on employee loyalty, simultaneously
providing compensation, and the work environment has a significant effect
on employee loyalty
