Perilaku Membolos Dalam Pembelajaran Daring Pada Masa New Normal Pandemi Covid-19 Bagi Siswa SMAN 12 Pekanbaru
The case of Covid-19 had an impact on the world of education, so schools were closed. The Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia issued Circular Letter Number 3 of 2020 in the Education Unit and Number 36962/MPK.A/HK/2020 concerning the Implementation of Education in the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) Emergency Period, so learning activities are carried out online to prevent wider spread of the virus. The change in learning from face-to-face to learning from home makes it difficult for students to learn, thus causing truancy behavior in students to still occur. This study aims to determine the truancy behavior of students at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru during online learning. This study used a survey approach with a sample of 122 students. Collecting data using a truant behavior scale that has been tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using the percentage technique. The results of the analysis obtained that students' truancy behavior was in the very high category in the behavior of entering online classes by day. Furthermore, truancy behavior in class X and class XI is not participating in online learning and in class XII entering online classes changing days. Meanwhile, the highest truancy behavior occurred in female students.
