Abstract
This study aims to determine the allocation of village funds in economic
development and village infrastructure in Pondok Kresek Village, Tanjung Medan
District, Rokan Hilir Regency and to determine the effectiveness of Village Funds
in developing village economy and infrastructure in Pondok Kresek Village,
Tanjung Medan District, Rokan Hilir Regency.
This study uses primary data, namely data obtained directly in the field
using the help of a questionnaire distributed to respondents, namely village
officials and the community as many as 90 respondents. The data analysis
technique was carried out by qualitative descriptive analysis, where this study
determined the effectiveness by using a Likert scale calculation and obtained
through the average score of the answers to the research questionnaire.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that the allocation of village
funds in the development of the village economy and infrastructure in Pondok
Kresek Village, Tanjung Medan District, Rokan Hilir Regency had been carried
out in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the applicable regulations. ,
irrigation, cementization and drainage in Pondok Kresek Village, Tanjung Medan
District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The development of the village economy and
infrastructure in Pondok Kresek Village, Tanjung Medan District, Rokan Hilir
Regency which is sourced from the utilization of village funds has been carried
out effectively at 78.35, meaning that the utilization has been effective. although it
has been carried out according to the provisions faced, the utilization of village
funds is still experiencing limitations. As for the limitations in the village
economy, this can be seen from the statements of respondents regarding the
implementation of economic activities sourced from village funds. one of them is
that the village has not been maximal in establishing BUMdes.
