Analisis Permintaan Jasa Angkutan Penumpang Trayek Dumai Bengkalis Di Pelabuhan Kota Dumai

ABSTRACT
This purpose of the research how big is the level of service to consumers
provided by ships on the Dumai-Bengkalis route and the facilities offered and the
distance traveled.
The data used in this from BPS city of Dumai and the distribution of 99
questionnaires at the port of Dumai city. Then from 99 respondents, the ideal
score criteria were determined using a likert scale, namely (1) for bad answer, (2)
not good,(3)quite good, (4) good, and (5) very good. Analysis of the dat used is a
rating scale to measure the level of use of ships on the Dumai-Bengkalis route at
the port of Dumai City with the level of Services,Facilities and Mileage offered.
From the result of data analysis, it was found that the level of service of
the Dumai-Bengkalis route to consumer was good and the level of facilities
provided by the ship was also good and the mileage which was more time-saving
was also good.
