Pengaruh Pemberian Reward Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Emersia Hotel & Resort Kota Batusangkar
This study aims to determine the effect of rewards on employee
performance through job satisfaction at Emersia Hotel & Resort Batusangkar
city. The independent variable is the reward (X) and the intervening variable is
job satisfaction (Z). While what is used as the dependent variable (Y) is employee
performance. The study used a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a
likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM and PLS analysis. Data analysis
with the help of smart-PLS 3.3.3. The population in this study were all employees
of Emersia Hotel and Resort Batusangkar City as many as 76 employees. From
the results of the tests carried out, it shows that a reward has a positive and
significant effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistic value 16,389 > 1.96 and a pvalue
0.000 1.96 and p-value 0.007 < 0.05, job
satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t
-statistic value 2.122 > 1.96 and p-value 0.034 < 0.05, and rewards that have a
positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction
with a t-statistic value 2.006 > 1.96 and a p-value 0.045 < 0.05.
