Perancangan Dan Analisis Rangka Pada Mobil Listrik Formula Student Type Tubular Space Frame Parameswara Team
ABSTRACT
In designing a car to be safe to drive, many factors must be considered, one of
which is the design of the structure itself. In this study, the frame design was made
with two frame models. to consider the best frame model of the two. Next is the
evaluation of the framework model with a decision matrix. After getting the right
frame model concept, an analysis was carried out by performing manual
calculations and simulations using the Ansys software statically to get the
maximum stress, shear stress, von mises, and safety factors. The material used in
the design of this Parameswara car uses galvanized material which has rustresistant
material properties and high tenacity. From the material used, based on
the results of manual calculations, the safety factor value obtained is 2.13 while in
the simulation using ansys statically, the safety factor value is 2.15. According to
the safety factor standard in this design, it can be said to be safe because the
safety factor value obtained is greater than 1.5. From the results of static
simulations with ansys software by giving machine sizes varying from 40 mm to
50 mm, the deflection that occurs is 0.79 mm and the maximum stress is 207.15
MPa.
