Pengaruh Relative Advantage Dan Compatibility Teknologi Terhadap Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Individu (Studi Empiris Pada Umkm Di Kota Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of relative advantage and
compatibility of technology on the use of accounting information systemsand their
impact on individual performane at SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru. The Data
analysis methods used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square
(SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 3.2.7. software.
The data used in this study are primary data with questionnaires as an
instruments. The population in this study are SMEs group of mediumsized
businesses in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses the Slovin Method as a
measuring tool to calculate the sample size. The method of sampling used is
simple random sampling method. Respondents in this study were leaders,
manager of accounting and finance, and staff for preparing financial reports for
SMEs of medium-size business groups inthe city of Pekanbaru which amounts 61
units. So the total number of questionnaires distributed was 61.
The results of this study indicate that 1).Relative advantage has a positive
effect on the use of accounting information systems. 2). Compatibility of
technology has a positive effect on the use of accounting information systems. 3).
The use of accounting information systems has a positive effect on individual
performance.
