Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Crude Palm Oil (Cpo) Di Pt. Tunggal Yunus Estate

This study aims to determine the effect of capital factors, raw materials and
labor on the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate.
This study uses secondary data in the form of monthly data from January
2019-December 2020. The analytical method used to see the linkage of production
is the multiple linear regression analysis method, statistical testing includes the F
test, T test, and R-Square (Coefficient of Determination) , and the classical
deviation assumption test, namely normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and
heteroscedasticity with the help of SPSS 25.0 program.
Based on the results of this study, the raw material variable has a positive
influence on the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), while capital and labor have
a negative effect on the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Tunggal Yunus
Estate. While partially capital and raw materials have a significant effect on the
production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate. Meanwhile,
labor has no significant effect on the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT.
Tunggal Yunus Estate. The magnitude of the effect (R²) by these three variables
together on the dependent variable is 99.3% while the remaining 0.7% is influenced
by other variables not examined in this study.
