Pengaruh Kondisi Proses Pada Tahapan D0 (Deligninfikasi Pertama) Terhadap Kondisi Pulp Proses Pemutihan Pulp

ABSTRACT
D0stage is important stage in bleasching process because first delignification
happen in this stage, D0result will affect rest bleaching process also final pulp
quality. In past several months there is increment on bleaching chemical
consumprion in Fiberline#2, observation been held to study reason of bleaching
chemical increment and the result we found there is some alteration on process
variable. This research conducted to study the effect of process variable such as
reaction pH, temperature and kappa factor at D0to pulp quality and bleach
chemical consumption. This research using direct experimental reaseach as a
method and for experimental this research using 33 design factorial. Result
obtained from this experiment showed with pH reaction 5, kappa factor 0,3 and
temperature range 70-90°C provide brightness increment within range 20-24%
ISO, with this increment range we can fulfill PT. RAPP target for pulp quality in
D0stage.
