Pengaruh Kondisi Proses Bleaching Tahap D1 Pada Pulp Kraft Hardwood

ABSTRACT
Bleaching is an important process in pulp making in order to produce white pulp
based on consumer criteria. D1 stage hold an important role in bleaching process
as the final process to achieve desired brightness target. To achieve the target,
there are some parameters need to be watched which are pH, temperature, and
time in bleaching process. This observation had been held to study the effects of
each process variables such as pH, temperature, and time in D1 stage to
brightness and yield of product. This research is using direct experimental
research as the method and using 33 factorial design. Result obtained from this
observation is pH, temperature, and time are not giving significant influence on
brightness. Also pH and temperature are not giving significant influence on yield,
but time is giving significant influence on yield
