Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, E-Commerce, Dan Modal Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Pasca Covid-19 (Studi Empiris Di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence, ecommerce,
and working capital on the performance of MSMEs post-covid-19 in
Meranti Islands Regency. The data used in this study is primary data, with a
questionnaire as an instrument. The method used for sample selection is nonprobability
sampling technique. In this study, the total MSMEs in Meranti Islands
Regency affected by COVID-19 were 4500 MSMEs. The research sample is 120
SMEs. However, only 100 MSMEs answered the questionnaire and could be
processed. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression
analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing
software version 23. The results show that the competence of human resources, ecommerce,
and working capital affect the performance of MSMEs.
