The background of this research is because the management of natural resources, including forests, is closely related to the economy because its use requires money and provides economic benefits. Utilization of natural resources must be planned taking into account the ecological conditions and not ignoring the economic value so as to improve the quality of the environment. Considering the importance of the benefits and functions of the forest in the Batu Sanggan area, to preserve and maintain it by assessing the economic value. Economic value, divided into use value (use value), non-use value (non-use value) based not on utilization. Because of the possible use of existing ecosystems, it can help in decision making and predict economic efficiency.
The problems that exist today are due to extreme forest exploitation without considering the environmental function and the economic function of these natural resources, so that it is not yet known the potential of existing natural resources, the magnitude of the resulting economic value and the factors that influence the Bukit Rimbang area, Bukit Baling Kenegerian. Batu Sanggan, Kampar Regency. This study aims to determine, calculate benefits and economic value both on the basis of use value and economic value based on Non Use Value and discuss the factors that influence the economic benefits of the Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Wildlife Sanctuary in Batu Sanggan Village.
The method in this study uses descriptive research methods, this method describes what is now, mentions questions based on the current state of affairs and produces qualitative and quantitative data with primary and secondary data sources. The parameters in this study include 1) identifying what potential natural resources are utilized by the community and providing economic value, 2) calculating the economic value from the sum of use values and non-use values. Use value in the form of direct benefits, indirect benefits and optional benefits, this approach is used to get the value of money (rupiah) while the non-use value is in the form of existence benefits and inheritance benefits using the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and 3) examines the factors that influence the economic benefits by performing multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the wildlife reserve area has the potential to have economic value for the surrounding community and environmental balance. 1) The potential is in the form of environmental services in the form of management and development of ecotourism, utilization of rivers and non-timber forest products. 2) The economic value generated in the country of Batu Sanggan in the form of use value obtained from direct benefits, indirect benefits and optional benefits, which is Rp. 586,250,000, - and the non-use value obtained from the existence and inheritance benefits is Rp. 9.280.000,-. The total economic value generated is in the form of the sum of use value and non-use value of Rp.593.530.000,- with the largest value obtained from direct benefits of Rp.509,000,000,-. 3) Factors that influence the economic value is obtained

through the value of WTP (willingness to pay), namely the willingness to pay the community for the management of the wildlife reserve area. From the results of the regression analysis conducted, it shows a positive direction towards the existence of the Wildlife Sanctuary in the form of income levels, types of work and community perceptions (forest quality).
