Analisis Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal Dan Ketimpangan Daerah Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of fiscal decentralization and
regional disparity in regions of Riau Province. The data were analyzed using degree
ratio of fiscal decentraliztion and Indeks Williamson. The analythical method used in this
study is descriptive method. The result indicate degree ratio of local revenue on total
revenue during 2013 to 2020 is 9,96%. Furthemore, degree ratio of central government
transfer on total ravenue during the same period is 73,64%. It is shown that central
government transfer . The degree of inequality in region of Riau Province during the
same period in the low category with Williamson Index 0,383.
