Analisis Perubahan Nilai Tukar Nelayan (Ntn) Akibat Pandemi Covid-19 Di Desa Bunsur Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak
Abstract
Bunsur Village is a coastal area with an area of 6,150 hectares bordering the
Lalang Strait from the east in Sungai Apit District, where the Lalang Strait
provides a very large opportunity for fishermen in the utilization of capture
fisheries resources and is expected to support increased production from the
fisheries sub-sector. This study aims to determine changes in the exchange rate of
fishermen in 3 periods (before Covid, PSBB, new normal) and to determine the
factors that influence changes in the exchange rate of fishermen due to the Covid-
19 pandemic in Bunsur Village. The method used is a survey method while the
determination of respondents is carried out by census. Data collection was carried
out by direct observation, interviews and documentation to 30 fisherman
household respondents. The results of this study show the fishermen's exchange
rate (FER) in the period before Covid 187; PSBB 134; new normal 183 so that
there are changes from the three periods. The factors that significantly affect the
fisherman's exchange rate are fishery income and non-fishery income, while
fishery expenditure and non-fishery expenditure have no significant effect.
However, simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on
the fisherman's exchange rate (FER) in Bunsur Village.
