Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. United Equipment Indonesia, Pekanbaru.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and leadership on job satisfaction. This research is quantitative research conducted to employees of PT. United Equipment Indonesia, Pekanbaru. The primary data of this research is data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the data were processed using SPSS (statiscal packpage of social science) version21 for further analysis descriptively, and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the results of the research. 50 samples were selected by the Saturated sample method.
Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that the compensation variable has t count (6,029) > t table 2012 or Sig. (.000) < 0.05. This means that the compensation variable has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that the motivation variable has t count (6,430) > t table 2012 or Sig. (.000) < 0.05. This means that the motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that the leadership variable has t count (3,687) > t table 2012 or Sig. (0.001) < 0.05. This means that the leadership variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
