Pengaruh Insentif Dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Pln (Persero) Up3 Pekanbaru
This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of incentives and job training on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekanbaru. The independent variables or independent variables in this study are incentives (X1) and job training (X2), while the dependent variable or the dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y). There are problems in the research, namely employee situations that cause problems related to employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekanbaru including, employees who face obstacles in completing tasks according to predetermined deadlines, lack of efforts to empower employees in developing employee skills and potential, there are still some employees who do not comply with company rules (work entry hours). The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 76 people who were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekanbaru. The data source of this research is primary data that researchers get from the results of distributing questionnaires to 76 employees, which are then processed using the SPSS 27 program. The results obtained in this study indicate that partially incentives have an influence on employee performance, where the tcount is 11,035> ttable = 2000 and the sig value is 0.000
