Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial Dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada Pt Tri Bakti Sarimas Bukit Payung
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial compensation (X1) and work life balance (X2) on employee turnover intention (Y) at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Research data was obtained based on a questionnaire distributed to field employees at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The samples taken as research objects were 94 respondents. This research method is a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of a partial analysis, financial compensation has an effect on employee turnover intention at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Singingi Regency, this is because the t_count obtained is greater than the t_table (9.683 > 1.661). Based on the results of a partial analysis of work life balance, the effect on employee turnover intention at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Singingi Regency, this is because the t_count obtained is greater than the t_table (7.298 > 1.661). Meanwhile, F shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y because the value of f_count>f_table (69.250 > 3.10). The R Square result is 0.603. This value shows that 60.3% of the financial compensation and work life balance variables have an influence on employee turnover intention at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Singingi Regency, where the remaining 39.7% is influenced by variables not used in this research.
