Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pemberdayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Perawat Dengan Keterlibatan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Rsia Zainab Pekanbaru
This study examines the influence of Empowering Leadership on Employee Loyalty with Work Involvement as an Intervening Variable in Nurses at RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the distribution of questionnaires to 66 nurses of RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the entire existing population is used as a sample. Data analysis in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.2 test tool to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study showed that there was a significant influence between Empowering Leadership on Nurse Loyalty by 27.6% with a t-statistical value of 3,215 (p-value 0.001), Empowering Leadership on Work Engagement had a significant influence of 51.8% with a t-statistical value of 5,636 (p-value 0.000), and Work Engagement was found to have a significant influence on Nurse Loyalty 54.2% with a t-statistical value of 5,921 (p-value 0.000), then it was found that there was an indirect influence between Empowerment Leadership on Nurse Loyalty with Work Engagement as an Intervening Variable of 28.1% with a t-statistic value of 4,323 (p-value 0.000). This research highlights the importance of the empowering leadership style in increasing nurse loyalty and influencing employees' sense of dedication. The practical implication of this study is that hospitals need to improve and develop effective empowering leadership to be able to increase nurses' loyalty and dedication to hospitals. This research provides important insights for practitioners and academics in managing human resources in hospitals.
