Serapan Hara N, P, K, Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Kedelai (Glycine Max L.) Pada Medium Podsolik Dengan Pemberian Pupuk Organik Teknologi Nano
ABSTRACT
Soybean (Glycine max L.) is a source of plant based protein that is affordable for the community. Soybeans are consumed in various forms, such as being processed into soy sauce, soy milk, tempeh, and tofu. The demand for soybeans in Indonesia is still unmet and is supplemented through imports. Based on this, one of the efforts to increase soybean production and productivity is by utilizing marginal lands for cultivation. Marginal land refers to areas with low soil fertility, so cultivating crops on such land without special treatment can disrupt the vegetative and generative growth of the plants. This research was conducted to determine the best concentration of nano technology organic fertilizer on the absorption of N, P, and K nutrients, growth, and yield of soybean (Glycine max L.) on Podsolic soil . The research was conducted over a four-month period (February–June 2025) at the Experimental Farm and Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Riau. A non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used with five levels of nano organic fertilizer concentration: P0 (0 g/L), P1 (1.25 g/L), P2 (2.50 g/L), P3 (3.75 g/L), and P4 (5.00 g/L). Observed parameters included nutrient uptake (N, P, K), plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, percentage of effective root nodules, harvest age, number of filled pods, number of seeds per plant, and seed weight per plant. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance and followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level. The results showed that the application of nano-technology organic fertilizer significantly affected all observed parameters. The highest performance was obtained with a concentration of 3.75 g/L, resulting in improved nutrient uptake, growth, and yield of soybean.
