This study aims to develop an integrated Augmented Reality Module based on Local History of the Dutch Colonial Era in Kampar in order to increase student learning motivation. The background of the study is the lack of curiosity and student participation in the learning process, very limited learning resources, and the lack of teacher ability in using digital-based learning media. This study uses a research and development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages, namely (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data analysis techniques include validation questionnaires from material experts, media experts, student response questionnaires, and student motivation questionnaires. The results of the study show that the integrated Augmented Reality Module based on Local History of the Dutch Colonial Era in Kampar is categorized as "very feasible" where the assessment from material experts gets a percentage of 87% and media experts gets a percentage of 92%. Student responses in small and large group trials reached a very positive category, with an average of 91%. Student motivation increased significantly after the implementation of the Local History-based Augmented Reality integrated Module, which demonstrated its effectiveness in engaging students.
