Fabrikasi Dan Karakterisasi Struktur Kapasitor Barium Strontium Titanat Dengan Spektroskopi Impedansi
This paper investigates a structure capasitors of Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) with composition of Ba0,5Sr0,5TiO3 by using sol-gel method that has been annealing at temperature of 600°C and 650°C. Structure capasitors of BST was characterized by using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and Impedance Spectroscopy. The characterization results by using FESEM the thickness of structure capasitors Ba0,5Sr0,5TiO3 was 169,7 nm at temperature of 600°C and 245,7 nm at temperature of 650°C. The characterization results by using Impedance Spectroscopy showed electrical character of structure capasitors of Ba0,5Sr0,5TiO3 were real impedance, imaginer impedance and frequency. The best results of the electrical character and dielectric constant was available of sample annealing at temperature 650°C. The dielectric constant value annealing at temperature of 600°C and 650°C at 100 Hz was respectively 3,22 and 35,2. The capacitance value annealing at temperature of 600°C and 650°C at 100 Hz was respectively 2,85 x 10-8 F and 2,15 x 10-7 F.
