Pengaruh Konflik Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Pada Pt. Angkasa Pura Ii Cabang Bandar Udara Sultan Syarief Kasim Ii Pekanbaru)
This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict and workload on employee performance with work motivation as intervening variable. This research was conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II Branch of Sultan Syarief Kasim II Airport Pekanbaru. The sample size is 107 employees. The analytical method used is path analysis. The result of the analysis shows that the work conflict has negative and significant effect on work motivation on the employee, the work load has negative and significant effect on work motivation on the employee, the work conflict has negative and significant effect to the employee performance, the workload has negative and significant effect to the employee's performance, motivation of work have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, work conflicts have no effect through work motivation on performance at employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II Branch of Sultan Syarief Kasim II Airport. From the test results known the direct effect of work conflict on performance is greater than the indirect effect of work conflict on performance through work motivation.
